Internet Marketing Firm Symetri Chosen By Kimberly-Clark Health Care/h1>

April 30, 2001, High Point, North Carolina — Symetri, an interactive company headquartered in High Point, N.C., has been chosen by Kimberly-Clark’s Health Care business to redesign its Internet site and incorporate state of the art e-business solutions that will enhance the company’s support of its global customers and distributors. Citing Symetri’s unique approach, company culture, and commitment to customer-centered design, Kimberly-Clark selected Symetri after an exhaustive nationwide search of e-business design and development firms.

According to Ladd Nichols, director of strategic information systems for Kimberly-Clark Health Care business, “This initiative supports our efforts to address the pressing need for healthcare to be e-ready. We are taking a very aggressive approach with our e-business strategy. Symetri was chosen not only because of its expertise in website development but also because the company has an approach to interactivity that offered a customized solution to our unique business situation. Symetri’s belief that effective user-centered design improves profitability was a deciding factor for us as we evaluated potential interactive partners.”

Symetri recently opened new offices in Atlanta, Ga. to expand its level of service to existing clients as well as build new relationships. The logistics of this new location will enable Symetri to offer a higher level of service and support for the Kimberly-Clark’s health care business, which is headquartered in Metro Atlanta.

By providing creative and technical solutions, and e-business services for companies, “Symetri has built quite a reputation for its non-traditional business environment,” stated Ron Jones, Jr., Symetri’s crusader-in-chief. It is this freshness and creativity that led Kimberly-Clark to select Symetri. Jones noted, “The key to Symetri’s success is our approach to user-experience development. We believe that no matter how a company uses Internet technology in its business, a quality user experience must be a priority component of the overall project strategy.”

Noting that Kimberly-Clark talked to a number of “big players” before awarding the business to Symetri, Nichols also stated, “With the implementation of SAP® backend systems integration, this partnership actually has three players.” Jones added, “Kimberly-Clark Corporation and SAP are recognized leaders in their fields. Symetri is pleased and honored to have been chosen as a partner in this collaborative endeavor.”
